Closed Savings Accounts Report

The Closed Savings Account Report displays a list of all client savings accounts that were closed in a given range of dates. The closed accounts are the product accounts for clients closed by entering an ending date for the account on the Savings Details option tab.

How to view the Closed Savings Accounts Report

To access The opened savings accounts report go to Savings/Savings Report/Closed Savings Accounts Report and a screen like one below is displayed:

• From: Specify the Reporting period, e.g. 01/01/2014 to "05/06/2017". 
• Branch Code: Choose a specific branch codethat you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all branches.
• Product: Choose a specific savings product that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all products.
• Geographical Area: From the drop-down select a specific geographical area  that you want to be reported on e.g Kampala.
• Client category 1: Choose a client category 1 optionthat you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include clients in category 1.
• Client category 2: Choose a client category 2 option that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all clients in category 2.
• Client category 3: Choose a client category 3 optionthat you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all clients in category 3.
• Cost centre: Choose a specific cost centre  that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all cost centres.
• Gender: Choose the gender  from the drop-down or tick the check-box Check for all to include both sexes.

Click on the OK button to generate the report which will look like on below:
